Terms and Conditions

Ordering:
 
All orders must be placed online via this website.
When you place an order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to the following terms and conditions.
 
Price:
 
Payment must be made at the point of ordering.
All payments are to be made via online payment methods,  we accept all major credit or debit cards through PayPal or Cardsave.  Please note all payments must be cleared prior to goods being posted and may cause delay.
 
Delivery:
 
We manage our deliveries utilising Royal Mail & MyHermes. The choice of courier/service is at our discretion with the decision based on the size of the item(s) and destination .Should you require to elect a preferred method then please let us know and we will provide you with the additional costs where applicable.
 
Many of our items are sent via services requiring a signature on reciept. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options.The package can be despatched again on payment of additional shipping costs or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.
 
Delivery times are given for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.
 
UK Deliveriesthe charge is based on Royal Mail weight and size system, per product rate is applied to individual items per shipping address then added to the final product cost at checkout.
 
Deliveries take 2 - 3 working days from the time of despatch.
 
Returns:
 
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please  e-mail and inform us of  your intent to return the product. Note we must be notified of items to be returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days.
 
When you e-mail us.You will need to provide product details, a description of the fault and your preference for a refund or replacement. We will then provide you with a return address.
 
It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned.You are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products.
 
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm you of our findings and arrange a refund or replace where applicable.
 
We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as they arrive and do our utmost to make the process as stress free as we can for you.
 
Refunds: 
  
All refunds will be processed via Paypal or Cardsave to the original card used for the purchase transaction 
and refunds will only be made subject to our terms and conditions.

Fitting Graphics:
 
The fitting of our stickers are relatively easy however you must have a brew and sit down, put your feet up and have a read of the instructions supplied with your order.
 
While the small graphics are easy, some larger ones require extra care and should you not feel proficent in fitting the graphics, consult an experienced fitter or email us for extra help at scratchingmyhead@northweststickers.co.uk.
 
The graphics will reach you in perfect condition however we cannot be held responsible for graphics damaged due to incorrect fitting. but if you do make a doo doo contact us as we may be able to supply a repair piece cheaper to you than re-buying the origanal item all over again.
